Fortnite’s v20.10 update included a battle for the Daily Bugle. That fight is over, but the latest hotfix brings a new conflict to Condo Canyon, alongside some unvaulted items. As detailed on the Fortnite blog, IO forces have moved from Spider-Man’s workplace to Condo Canyon. The Resistance’s previous victory over them means that funding stations for the Armored Battle Bus and turrets are now set up at the Daily Bugle, but Huntmaster Saber and the enemy forces are still causing trouble....

Now that we’ve entered into October 2020, it is time to start thinking of the spooky things that Epic might add to Fortnite. These events in the past have always been pretty fun, and have featured some crazy new NPCs, and some fun additions to the map that shook things up. In 2018, we saw the addition of Zombies to the game that resulted in some mixed opinions among many. The following year brought us the exciting Storm King LTM, where you could jump in with others and fight the Storm King boss....

Just a little over a week after coming to the game in its Descent of Dragons update, the Galakrond Shaman deck is getting some changes. Three of the cards are receiving the nerfs on Dec.19, as well as the notorious neutral card. These are the changes coming to the cards: Corrupt Elementalist: now costs six mana, up from five. Sludge Slurper: now has one attack, down from two. Mogu Fleshshaper: now costs nine mana, up from seven....

The folks over at Clever Name Studio are spearheading an Early Access process for their upcoming VR roguelike, Gates of Nespher. Arriving this July 2022, VR explorers will be cordially invited to try out Gates of Nesphera during its development. The Early Access phase will run until Q4 of 2022, so players are encouraged to try out the title and provide feedback. The Gears 5 Tech Test occurred over the weekend and players had an early look at the title’s multiplayer. One of the highly-anticipated new game modes, The Coalition, was also available. Yet another in-game event is on the way to Genshin Impact. This time the Lost Riches event will have you tracking down buried treasure and digging up coins. Godfall is officially a PS5 launch title. Counterplay Games announced through its official Twitter account on Thursday a fact that plenty in the gaming community suspected for months. The launch date is officially November 12. As we found out yesterday, November 12 is also the launch date for the PlayStation 5. At least it is in the United States, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea. Other parts of the world will wait a bit longer, but at least they now know they can get their grubby little paws on Godfall once their console arrives....
