Featuring a Base Attack of 42 – 510, the Cursed Blade’s Passive Skill is Isshin Art Clarity. This Passive generates Hewing Gale, an AoE attack activated whenever the sword’s wielder performs a Normal, Charged, or Plunging Attack. Isshin Art Clarity also bolsters the user’s ATK for eight seconds. Genshin Impact fans can trigger the Cursed Blade’s Passive every eight seconds in combat....
