Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 is back with a new set of Resistance Quests. Players need to complete these challenges to help the Resistance combat the Imagined Order’s invasion. In this week, one of the Quest challenges the player with the task of recovering a Data Drive from the wreckage of an IO Airship—a new POI on the map called Daily Rubble. Like the previous Resistance missions, this Quest requires a player to establish a Device Uplink near Daily Rubble....

With Chapter 3 Season 2 already nearing its first month since release, players are trying to collect as many Battle Stars as possible while playing the ever-changing BR title. Thanos, the Mad Titan, is returning to Fortnite. It has been three year since the world famous Marvel villain first appear in the game as part of his very own LTM, and now he will be coming back as a skin in the Item Shop. Thanos will arrive in the shop at 8 PM ET on June 26. Players will also have the chance to win both the Thanos Skin and the Infinity Gauntlet Backbling for free by taking part in the Thanos Cup....

Fortnite players should expect downtime with an early announcement and patch notes for the newest 21.50 update. The downtime will begin on Tuesday, August 30th, at 1 AM PT/4 AM ET/9 AM BST. Matchmaking will be disabled 30 minutes before the update. There’s no word yet on how long the downtime will last as of yet, but it can be expected to last around an hour or two, depending on how much content is being added and altered....

The long-awaited My Hero Academia event in Fortnite is now available. It’s the second anime partnership for Fortnite since Chapter 3, Season 3’s Dragon Ball Z, and the first major one for Chapter 4, Season 1. The Battle-Royale now has Izuku “Deku” Midoriya, Ochaco Uraraka, All Might, and Katsuki Bakugo as playable characters.
