God of War PS4 keeps updating day after day with small but significant patches meant to provide fixes to specific issues found out by Santa Monica Studio after the game released on April 20 exclusively for PlayStation 4.
After the bigger 1.10 and 1.11, every day a new patch weighs in at less than 100MB, without that the developer drops meaty intel about what those fixes actually include nor a proper changelog to let us know what they are about.
Today, a new patch is available and brings the title up to the version 1.15. Again, the update doesn’t come with a changelog attached and apparently comes in to fix issues with the UI and add a new layer of stability improvements over the game experience.
Interestingly, the title, which is among the most played on PlayStation 4 now, doesn’t’ come with any particular technical issues, so it’s clear that the developer is only making sure that the things keep running this way in the future too.
As for the future, users are still waiting for more patches to possibly fix the frame rate in the 4K mode on PS4 Pro – something we wouldn’t hold our breath for – and the Photo Mode, which has been showcased upon day one and will be coming soon.
God of War is now available on PlayStation 4.
