The supernatural comedy franchise is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year.

The remastered edition of Ghostbusters will deliver the same unique story from Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis. Gamers get to join the Ghostbusters crew; teaming up with everyone’s favorite characters. Aykroyd, Ramis, Bill Murray, and Ernie Hudson all reprise their iconic roles.

Ghosts, demons, and other paranormal creatures are taking over Manhattan. You and the Ghostbusters are the only ones who can stop them. Gamers get to hunt and trap a variety of new and infamous baddies. The remastered edition brings the world to life in stunning HD resolution.  All the cool gadgets and weapons will be at your disposal. In addition, there will be thrilling boss fights and destructible environments.

A direct sequel to Ghostbuster II is also in the works. Aykroyd and Hudson have confirmed their involvement with Jason Reitman Directing. Harold Ramis sadly passed away in 2014. Murray has famously declined to take part in any sequel.  The pop culter icon did, however, appear in the 2016 reboot.
