Ghost of Tsushima has today launched update 2.09, so here’s the full list of changes and fixes with this patch. This is a really minor update for the game, just fixing some minor issues that some users were experiencing in the new Director’s Cut version. In fact, the team went as far as to fit it all into one Tweet over on their official Twitter account. It’s simple, small, and prevents issues from reoccurring on all platforms. If you’re curious about the specifics though, we’re here to help. Without further adieu, here’s all that’s changed with Ghost of Tsushima update 2.09!

Ghost of Tsushima Update 2.09 Patch Notes

Like said, update 2.09 for Ghost of Tsushima is really small, but does tackle some issues that players were experiencing. This includes, most importantly, a crash with the game which required a full restart. It’s uncertain exactly which crash this was, but we hope it was one you might’ve dealt with in the past. Having the adjustments for matchmaking in Legends is nice as well, no matter if it’s who you match up against or how quickly you match with other players. And to round things off, some issues with Iki lighthouses are now fixed. Not too shabby Sucker Punch, not shabby at all.

It makes sense that today’s patch wasn’t too flashy. Just two weeks ago, the team pushed out Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut, featuring a brand new expansion, a digital artbook, skins, and more! Since then, the team has been hard at work tackling the various issues with the game. Today is just one example of those efforts.

Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut is available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. For more information regarding today’s patch, check out the official Twitter post.
