This week is certainly setting up to be a big one for Nintendo and naturally the amiibo will play a role in that as well to no one’s surprise. The amiibo release dates themselves have been a pain, but one retailer is holding a sale this week that should perfectly coincide with the release of four new amiibo at their store from the third wave.
Running all of this week, you can get any three amiibo figures for only $33 at Toys R Us. This is a fantastic deal, especially considering that Toys R Us typically charges one dollar more at $13.99. Rather than getting three for $42 at the regular price, you will end up saving $9 overall.
Toys R Us already released their exclusive Lucario a few weeks ago and has seen the release of Bowser, Toon Link, and Sheik. As a result, they still have four members of the non-exclusive wave three figures to go with King Dedede, Mega Man, Sonic, and Ike, which are set to release this Friday, February 13, at Toys R Us.. The rarity of these are somewhat unknown, but it is expected that at least ones like Ike will be hard to come across later, so if you can snag one of them during this deal on Friday or Saturday, you will be in very good shape.
