Genshin Impact version 3.4 is right around the corner. We are just hours away from downloading the new version that promises to bring a lot. The biggest event this time is the Lantern Rite Festival. As you may know, this is a huge event in the game that rewards a free 4-star character from Liyue. Players are very excited because 3.4 also marks the release of Yaoyao, the first Dendro healer and a character many love already. However, there is another one that many people want to get, and that’s Alhaitham. This one is the Dendro-Keqing, as many have dubbed him, and Genshin Impact released Alhaitham’s demo just before his arrival.

Alhaitham’s Demo in Genshin Impact shows him using some slick combat skills

Thanks to leaks, we already knew that Alhaitham was going to be some sort of Dendro-Keqing. This is the nickname that many people use in the community, and it makes sense. In the video, we can see Alhaitham using some sort of crosshair to aim at a spot and attack, similar to Keqing. Plus, many of his teleport abilities also resemble the Electro-user. And if that wasn’t enough, he is also a sword-wielding character. So yes, those who see Alhaitham’s demo will notice some similarities to Keqing in Genshin Impact.

Even with all the similarities, Alhaitham still brings new things to the game. He is supposedly a Dendro DPS character and could be one of the best damage dealers right now. Many are using the Hyperbloom reaction to do a lot of damage, and it seems that Alhaitham could help in this part. Yet, we’ll have to wait and see what are the best builds for him. In the meantime, you can watch the demo for Alhaitham in Genshin Impact to get that hype up. Also, remember that the 3.4 version arrives tomorrow so get ready to wrap up everything before the 3.3 events go away.
