Last week, Genshin Impact announced the 3.4 version and its release on January 18, 2023. During the presentation, the hosts gave more information about upcoming events. Besides that, players were able to see Alhaitam’s gameplay, a new desert area, and new enemies. But beyond all that, we also got a sneak peek of Yaoyao. However, she was still a mystery for many players, well, at least those who aren’t following all the leaks that happen on a daily basis. Today, Genshin Impact has finally released the official demo of Yaoyao.
Genshin Impact Yaoyao’s Demo Shows her along with the Adepti
At simple sight, Yaoyao spends a lot of time at the pacific Qingce village. It could explain why she carries her basket on her back to harvest the radishes, things that she and her bunny Yuegui use to attack enemies. In the video, Yaoyao is interacting really closely with de Adepti, so she might be related to them. As we can see, she talks with Madame Ping, Cloud Retainer, and Mountain Shaper. There is also speculation that Yaoyao is probably some kind of assistant to Ganyu.

When is Fontaine Coming to Genshin Impact? Answered
So far, we know Yaoyao is a polearm user of the Dendro element. She attacks by throwing her rabbit, just like Collei or Amber. Doing so damages and applies Dendro to her enemies. At the same time, she is able to heal her allies, making her the first Dendro healer in the game. Genshin Impact didn’t reveal much more in Yaoyao’s demo, but thankfully, the release of version 3.4 is almost here. Players won’t have to wait too long to meet one of the new playable characters of this title. Meanwhile, everyone can take advantage of this time to finish the events and complete some missions to get more primogems. You’ll need them to pull any of the characters that are coming in the 3.4 Banners. Also, remember that you can get Yaoyao for free while participating in the Lantern Rite Festival.
