How to Get Yae Miko’s Materials in Genshin Impact

Sea Ganoderma

Out of all of Yae Miko’s ascension materials, Sea Ganoderma is one of the easiest to find. However, you also need a total of 168 Sea Ganoderma for all of her ascensions. You can find Sea Ganoderma scattered around the coastlines in Inazuma. In particular, the northern part of Kannazuka Island, the north and eastern parts of Seirai Island and Watatsumi Island all have an abundance of Sea Ganoderma for you to collect.

Handguards

You must collect three different handguards for all of Yae Miko’s ascensions. You can find these handguards from defeating Nobushi and Kairagi enemies in the Inazuma region. Lower level enemies will typically drop old handguards, while level 40 enemies will drop Kageuchi handguards. Similarly, you’ll need to target level 60 or higher Nobushi and Kairagi enemies to farm Famed handguards. While these enemies can be found in all parts of Inazuma, Kujou Encampment, Fort Fujitou, and Jinren Island are some places where you will frequently encounter these enemies.

Dragonheir’s False Fin

The Bathysmal Vishaps Herd drops Dragonheir’s False Fin. These enemies, also known as the Coral Defenders, are part of the Boss challenges in Enkanomiya. To take part in this challenge, you need to finish the Subterranean Trials of Drake and Serpent World Quest in Enkanomiya.

Vajrada Amethyst

Vajrada Amethyst is an Electro ascension material that you obtain from bosses. You can fight both weekly bosses such as Dvalin or regular bosses such as the Coral Defenders and Electro Hypostasis to farm Vajrada Amethyst. However, you will also need enough resin to get the rewards from these bosses every time you attack them. To create Vajrada Amethyst fragments, you must use three Vajrada Amethyst slivers and 300 Mora to craft one fragment. Likewise, you need three fragments to create one chunk and three chunks to make one gemstone. Additionally, you can use Dust of Azoth to convert other materials into Vajrada Amethyst.

Talent Ascension Books

You can get each of the talent books from the Violet Court Domain in Inazuma. You will find the Domain on Kannazuka Island. Since the domain has a different rotation depending on the day, you will need to farm it on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday in the Vine-Infested Ruins.

Crown of Insight

There are currently six different opportunities for you to obtain Crown of Insight. The Frostbearing Tree offering will net you one Crown of Insight upon upgrading it to Level 11. Sacred Sakura’s Favor will also reward you with up to five Crown of Insight.

Unknown Items

Currently, you cannot obtain this unknown material. It will be released alongside the new weekly boss during the 2.5 updates. To find this new item and the rest of Yae Miko’s ascension materials, you can also use the Genshin Impact Interactive Map to navigate different regions and find where specific resources spawn.
