Players of Genshin Impact’s new Inazuma region update have been exploring its mysterious isles. Yet many have been left wondering, what to do with all these interesting Kitsune statues lying around. These Kitsune statues are used in a secret kind of puzzle for various quests and activities. So how does one activate them and access the memories contained within? The answer is quite simple, players need to use the Memento Lens. Here, we detail how to get your hands on the Memento Lens key item.
Genshin Impact: How to Get the Memento Lens
Getting the Memento Lens takes a little bit of work. First, you need to access the ‘Sacrificial Offering’ quest. This quest is part of the longer ‘Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual’ line of quests. Once you complete the first quest in the Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual questline, the following quest will be the Sacrificial Offering quest.
To get the Memento Lens in Genshin Impact, now that the Sacrificial Offering quest starts, players will then be guided to three ghosts. Players will have to chase these ghosts around until they stand behind three Kitsune statues. Once this is done, players will be guided to the Great Inazuma Shrine where they will be given the Memento Lens. And that is how to get the Memento Lens in Genshin Impact. Players can either leave the Sacrificial Offering quest for a later time or continue on as the Memento Lens is a permanent item.
