To locate tumbleweeds to achieve Drifting in the Wind in Genshin Impact, head to Sumeru desert, which is full of them. The area between the Hypostyle Desert Statue of the Seven and the Dune of Carouses Teleport Waypoint is rich with tumbleweed.
