How to unlock:
- Reach Adventure Rank 28+.
- Complete “Interlude Chapter: Act I – The Crane Returns on the Wind” Archon Quest.
- Complete “Aphros Delos Chapter: Act I – The Spindrift Shall Never Return to the Sea” Eula’s Story Quest.
- Complete “Of Drink A-Dreaming (Quest)” to unlock the event.
To prepare a drink, all you need to do is to mix three ingredients, which are separated into two categories:
