Dendro is one of the seven elements of Genshin Impact with special Status effects and types of damage that can trigger elemental reactions. It can also be combined with other elements to yield even better results and give you an edge as you explore the region of Sumeru. As a relatively new addition to the game, many players are yet to fathom the many ways they can use this element. That’s why we have prepared this guide on all Dendro Elemental reactions and combos.
Genshin Impact: All Dendro Elemental Reactions and Combos
Dendro reacts with Electro, Pyro, and Hydro in the following ways:
- Quiken (Dendro + Electro): When applied for more than once, the Dendro + Electro Combo cause aggravate and spread reactions. Aggravate deals more damage to the enemy while spread increases the range of the damage. However, you should not expect this combo to work automatically as it is more of a status change.
- Burning (Dendro + Pyro): In Genshin Impact, Pyro characters are explosive dealers. In this case, it involves burning enemies over time.
- Bloom (Dendro + Hydro): This deadly combo leaves a Bloom Core that explodes after six seconds. Bloom Cores can deal damage to both player and the enemy if they both are within the AoE range. To prevent your character from being harmed unintentionally by a Bloom Core’s explosion, use hyperbloom which is a combo of Bloom Core + Electro.
Genshin Impact: How to Get & Use Dendro Sigils
Dendro Resonance
If you have Dendro using characters in your team, you will get “Sprawling Greenery” meaning all the characters will get their Elemental Mastery boosted by 50. They will also receive an additional Elemental Mastery bonus even if its just for a short period of time. As of now, only three characters Tighnari, Collei, and the Traveler are Dendro characters. More will be added in the future.
