So, kicking off the Monster part of this box is this really cool t-shirt (a Geek Fuel Exclusive) from Goosebumps that displays a monster holding a pie of slime and other grotesque items.
If you were one of the children who loved (or still loves) a good book from this series by R.L. Stine, you’ll love this shirt!
Toxic Crusaders Super 7 Reaction Figure
“It’s clean-up time!”
I’m not sure if he is one of the mutants or monsters but, meet Toxie, a character from Toxic Crusaders Super 7, a 90’s animated series. Geek Fuel subscribers received 1 of 2 figurines in May with Toxie being one and Junkyard being the other.

Did you know the character of Toxie was, Roger Bumpass? Why is that important? Has anyone ever heard of Squidward from SpongeBob Square Pants? Same person! Who doesn’t love Squidward?
Ridiculous Refresher “The Dooler” Can Cooler – Geek Fuel Exclusive
Another Geek Fuel Exclusive, this can cooler is in honor of Barf from Spaceballs. I wonder if he is considered a monster or a mutant? I am going with mutant!
Regardless, a can cooler with a tail! How cool is that? What a unique way to keep your favorite beverage cool!
Pin Palz “Maurice”Enamel Pin – Geek Fuel Exclusive
Geek Fuel is bringing the enamel pins back to their box! This exclusive enamel pin is one of the 80’s monsters under the bed, “Maurice” who loves nacho chips and playing pranks on his town. He doesn’t look too scary to me!
A Bag of Doritos?
Yes, there was a bag of Doritos in the box! I am thinking it has something to do with Maurice’s love of nacho chips.
Geek Fuel: “Monsters, Mutants & MOGS?” Summary
It seems like I say this a lot but one of my favorite things in the May Geek Fuel box is the t-shirt. And, the Doritos were pretty yummy! Also, I will say, the can cooler with the tail on it was pretty unique too!
Monsters and Mutants aren’t really my thing but honestly, other than the Toxie figurine, I thought this was a pretty good box. And it’s not that I didn’t like Toxie, I am just not familiar with the show and toxic mutant figures aren’t something I collect.
