Epic confirmed today that Gears of War: Judgement will arrive on March 19th, 2013. Epic announced the news at a San Diego Comic Con panel with G4, then confirmed the finer details in a later interview.
Gears of War: Judgement is the first game in the Gears of War franchise to forgo Epic Games’ developmental guidance. People Can Fly, the Polish studio responsible for Bulletstorm has taken control of the franchise, at least for this iteration.
Karen Traviss is also not involved in the story telling process this time around either. Gears of War: Judgement will however be an Xbox 360 exclusive, and arrive at the newly announced March 19th date.
