Cliff Blezinski took the stage for Microsoft’s E3 Press Event and with him he brought a little thing called Gears of War 3…Co-op. This short level in the co-op mode of Gears 3 was tackled with Epic and Microsoft employees for the world to see for the first time.
The Lambent were showcased for the first time, and this was our first look at the revamped Unreal Engine.
Finishing off the segment, Bleszinski hinted at a new mode called Beast. It will only be showcased at the booth, so we’ll get to that a.s.a.p. Beast Mode, what a name. If it’s as innovative as Horde mode it should be pure win.
