Garfield is a beloved cartoon cat most notable for his love of lasagna and hatred of Mondays. Over the years, he has graced newspapers, movie screens, and even gaming consoles. Now the famous feline is gearing up for another video game appearance. Today, Microids announced that a new party game called Garfield Lasagna Party is coming to PC and consoles in November.

According to today’s announcement, the game incorporates both skill and chance.
“Be ready to give your best to finish ahead: Win the most mini games, summon all your luck when throwing the dice and use special items to have your way at the best time!”
In Garfield Lasagna Party, up to four local players will control Garfield, Odie, Nermal, or Arlene in more than 30 minigames and various game modes.
“Enjoy a classic board game experience with the Lasagna Race mode, practice your favorite mini-games without the board game mechanics with the Lasagna Challenge mode orset up a tournament to play quickly with a predefined number of mini games with the Lasagna World Tour mode!”
What kind of party game is Garfield Lasagna Party?
Today’s announcement lists throwing snowballs, slicing pizza, and racing through an obstacle course as some of the available minigames. It will be interesting to see how Garfield Lasagna Party stacks up against some of the more established party games, such as the Mario Party series. Microids are certainly optimistic about it.
