Game of Thrones’ final season is almost here. A new trailer launched today and Twitter is blowing up with excitement. The new trailer starts with Arya Stark opening for the HBO television series. She narrates ” I know death. He’s got many faces. I look forward to seeing this one.”. In the trailer, we see her fierce and frightened. This last season will have only six episodes of our beloved characters. What will happen during this final season will ensure the make or break of fans for any future sequels or prequels? We know that Sir Jaime has left his beloved Cersei to join the fight for the living. Do they ever reunite?
Many questions have been stirring since the last episode of season seven. The trailers in the past have given many clues to possibilities. At the end of season seven, we learned that Jon and Daenerys were hooking up and that Jon is related to her. How will they find out? I know I can speak for many fans when I say that some of the images in this new trailer seem more enticing than the previous ones. That could be because this is the final season, but I am sure we are in for a fantastic treat with season eight.
Winter is here as of April 14th, 2019. All seven seasons have been preparing us for this moment. Game of Thrones is not afraid to disappoint its audience with death and unrequited romance. We all feel that someone we love will die in the end, pivoting the fight. Who could that be? Much speculation has taken place over the last year, and I am hoping that the ending will continue to diverge from where the books have been heading towards. To throw one more kink in the armor for the audience of course. Nevertheless, the final season will be the end all be all for us. Hope they make it count.
