The Gamescom 2021 edition of the Future Games Show happened earlier today, giving gamers plenty of titles to look forward to. From small-scale to higher-profile indie titles, there’s more than enough games to whet any indie fan’s appetite. Since there was a lot shown off though, and because it happened in the middle of the day, chances are you may have missed some of the announcements. The team behind this fast-paced turn-based tactical RPG, Complex Games, showcased a fresh cinematic trailer at the Future Games Show for Gamescom 2021! Featuring the stylish and brutal Grey Knights, you’ll go about slaughtering the forces of Chaos on Steam and the Epic Games Store in 2022!
Super Animal Royale Full Release
This cute-yet-deadly battle royale sees various animals duke it out in an effort to be the last animal standing. Releasing today on all major platforms for free, test your might as the best animal you can be.
Life is Strange: True Colors Showcases New Gameplay Segment
Life is Strange: True Colors was mostly absent from the other Gamescom 2021 shows, so the Future Games Show offered a special spotlight into gameplay. In the video, Alex Chen helps an elderly shop owner who holds a genuine fear of forgetting all she holds dear. The next Life is Strange title will debut on September 10 on PlayStation, Xbox, PC, and Google Stadia platforms. A Switch port will come later this year.
Sands of Aura Early Access Reveal Trailer
This atmospheric dungeon-crawler sees you take on otherworldly adversaries and deadly traps in your quest to breathe life into an otherwise dying world. Sands of Aura releases in Steam Early Access on October 21.
Jurassic World Aftermath Part 2 Reveal Trailer
The sequel to the original VR stealth title, Jurassic World Aftermath Part 2 offers up even more unforgettable scares and diverse stealth gameplay as you avoid hungering dinosaurs. The title will debut on the Oculus Quest on September 30.

Moonglow Bay Reveals Release Date and Gameplay
After promising an exciting announcement at Gamescom 2021, the Future Games Show revealed the release date for this beautiful voxel-based fishing game. You can start relationships and collect all sorts of sea creatures starting October 7 on both PC and Xbox platforms.
In Sound Mind Unveils Creepy Gameplay Trailer and Release Date
This psychological thriller looks all sorts of scary, including its offering of The Living Tombstone’s musical repertoire. The horror puzzler will release on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC platforms on September 28, with a Nintendo Switch version to come later.
Rustler Looks to Bring Medieval Thievery to Consoles
Needless to say, you’ll be rustling some feathers in this title from Jutsu Games. As a medieval thug, you’ll be performing all sorts of heists from stealing wagons full of goods and NPC’s horses in a GTA game fit for ye olde days. Rustler is currently in Early Access but will launch on consoles on August 31.
Salt and Sacrifice Multiplayer Reveal Trailer

Smalland Unveils Gameplay of Shrunken World
In this multiplayer survival sim, you’ll play as a small human wandering around a large forest (similar to Grounded, if you’ve heard of it). Featuring both luscious scenes and creepy creatures, there’s plenty shoved in a small package. Smalland will release later this year on Steam.
MADiSON Promises Scares and Demons in New Trailer
MADiSON follows a young girl of the same name with a camera, working to chase demons and unravel the truth of the otherworldly place she finds herself stuck in. MADiSON will release on PC in 2021 and consoles in 2022.
