Overall the recommended settings for Rainbow Six Siege: Extraction don’t seem too demanding, and most players should be able to hit these requirements. 

But in worse-case scenarios, it would be best to lower some settings if you don’t meet all the recommended requirements. For example, settings such as shadows, anti-aliasing, etc. will increase performance in most cases.
