We’ve got a full video of the Marshmello Concert that took place in Fortnite on February 2nd, 2019! We’re also featuring a full song and set list if you want to check out song of them on Spotify. It was an amazing event, and really unprecedented in gaming history. The event exceeded our expectations, and ran for about ten minutes with multiple songs and different ways you could interact and participate.
While the lead up to the event was a massacre of people trying to eliminate each other, Epic wisely made it so you could not attack while the concert was taking place. The stage was set in Pleasant Park and there were lights, fireworks, and parts where beach balls flew around and times where the gravity in the game would change and allow you to jump around during a song. At one point, you flew while a holographic Marshmello soared around the venue! All-in-all a pretty amazing event, and we hope that Epic will have more of these in-store for us in the future.
