That doesn’t mean the others aren’t great. Noelle is an amazing 4-star character that shields party members and can also heal depending on the number of constellations you have. Razor is, as many say, the 4-star version of Cyno, which is great if you didn’t pull for him. So, all in all, these Genshin Impact 3.2 banners seem like a good deal.
