Although the lack of building in Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 2 surprised players, many actually enjoyed this change-up. With Fortnite’s Zero Build Trials, you can actually complete a set of challenges to score some cool rewards. We’ll explain the Trials, how to compete, and how long you have before it’s over.

Zero Build Trials and Challenges Explained in Fortnite

The Fortnite Zero Build Trials is unlike any other challenge or game mode. You can’t find this in-game. Instead, you’ll head to the Zero Build Trials mode and log in with your Epic Games account. If you already play on PC, this should happen automatically.

If you want to do the challenges and get rewarded, you must log in from that mode. However, you can complete these in Solos, Duos, or Squad. Also, the Trials mode is only for players who are 13 years of age or older.

The Trials began on April 6, 2022, and they’ll end on April 10, 2022, at 11:59 PM ET.

Trial Challenges

There are 5 challenges in the Fortnite Zero Build Trials:

  • Earn at least 1 point by getting 1 Elimination for the daily goal. For the stretch goal, get 30 points or 30 Eliminations.
  • Get at least 1 point to grab the daily goal. For every 2 top-7 spot placements, you’ll get a point. With the stretch goal, you need 12 top-7 placements, which is 6 points.
