Epic Games has released the Fortnite Winterfest 2022 as part of update v23.10. The event allows players to unwrap 14 presents to obtain 17 free in-game items, including two free outfits. Players can also use unvaulted equipment on the Battle Royale island and visit various “Winterfest Wonderland” islands.
Fortnite Winterfest 2022 Free Items
The Winterfest officially began on December 13, bringing back a number of yearly events for fans to take part in as part of the v23.10 release. Unwrap a fresh Present at the Lodge every day for 14 days beginning on the first. These 14 presents contain 17 items in total, including a Back Bling, Pickaxe, Contrail, Emote, and Emoticon. There are also two outfits (Arctic Adeline Outfit and Sled Ready Guff Outfit), two gliders, two wraps, three lobby tracks, and three sprays.
To redeem the Guff Gringle Outfit, players need to launch Fortnite from the Epic Games Launcher on PC, go to the Item Shop, and redeem the outfit. On the other hand, Winterfest 2022 VIPs Snowdancer and Cozy Knit Jonesy are among the winter Outfits that will be slipping into the Item Shop throughout the event.
Epic Games has also tasked island designers with creating distinctive and memorable experiences for Winterfest 2022 in the Winterfest Callout. In the Winterfest Discover, some of the favorite islands will be highlighted.

- Restore health
- Decorate traffic lights for Winterfest
- Throw Holiday Presents at different named locations
- Check the Cozy Lodge each day to possibly find a slice of pizza
- Pop out of a giant snowball and damage players within 10 seconds
- Run over holiday decorations with vehicles
- Deal damage to opponents while standing on the snow or ice
- Earn XP in creator made experiences
