The fifth challenge for Week 9 of Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 7 has players placing a Bioscanner in an Alien Biome. People might struggle on finding where exactly this Alien Biome is. The good news is that once you do know where it is, the actual challenge is pretty simple. This guide will show you where to place a Bioscanner in an Alien Biome in Fortnite.
Where to Place a Bioscanner in Fortnite
You are going to want to head to Holly Hatchery. When you arrive, you will see large purple forcefields surrounding certain areas of the Hatchery. There is a Bioscanner inside these areas. Luckily, you only need to place a single Bioscanner so you won’t need to worry about going to each one.
Here is the list of where exactly to find an alien biome and place a Bioscanner:
- At the south side of Hatchery, there is a grey house. A Bioscanner can be found behind that house.
- A Bioscanner can be found next to the garden near the center of the map.
- There is a Bioscanner inside the garage of a house in the northeast corner of Hatchery
- On the east side of Hatchery, there is a multi-colored house. The Bioscanner can be found behind it.
Once you arrive at one of these locations, interact with the translucent blue object to complete the challenge. Once it is completed, you will be rewarded 30,000 XP for leveling up your Fortnite Battle Pass. You will also be able to move on to the next and final Legendary Challenge for Week 9: Place a Spy Probe.
