Where to Find the Trickshot Hunting Rifle in Fortnite
Along with the different quests to keep things new and entertaining in the game, many of us enjoy waiting to see which weapon will finally come out of the vault.
When it comes to the Hunting Rifle, it’s dubbed the Trickshot in Fortnite for a reason. You don’t just eliminate opponents with this sniper rifle. Instead, you can do it with style.
The sniper is impacted by gravity, so although it’s fast-moving, it will travel toward the ground across a distance. This design gives you plenty of opportunities to nail some epic shots.
But first, you need to find the Hunting Rifle on the Fortnite map.
You don’t have to worry about that, thankfully. The Hunting Rifle is widely available as any other weapon from Uncommon varieties to Legendary varieties. So, check inside chests, floor loot, and supply drops to luck out and pick one up.
First, you may have an easier time searching for the dozens of chests rather than relying on landing near one or reaching a supply drop.
Once you find the Hunting Rifle in Fortnite, it’s time to let it live up to its Trickshot nickname. There are some vital things to keep in mind to get the best use out of the rifle.
First, the bullet drop increases significantly once the range extends 150 meters. So, it’s not the most ideal for long-range combat unless you know how to account for the bullet drop.
Also, remember that this only has one bullet in the magazine. Make sure every shot counts. The Hunting Rifle has a handy 2.25x headshot multiplier to take advantage of.
Additionally, it may lack a scope, but it does have a greater zoom compared to your average weapon.
