The newest update in Fortnite, 19.10, has been released. With the update came the return of Tilted Towers, the unvaulting of the Grenade Launcher, and the introduction of Klombos. Klombos are enormous dinosaurs that live on the island and eat Klomberries. They will also give you items that you may collect and use during the game if you feed them. By the end of this guide, you will learn where to find Klombos in Fortnite.

Where to Find Klombos in Fortnite

Since Klombos are huge dinosaurs, you usually will not see them in small, enclosed areas. Instead, Klombos spawn in open areas that give them plenty of space to roam around. Multiple Klombos may spawn on the map for you to find. Some places to explore in search of a Klombo include the following:

  • Along the coasts south-east and north-east of The Daily Bugle
  • South of Coney Crossroads, near Tilted Towers and Sanctuary
  • North of Logjam Lumberyard
  • West of Tilted Towers

While these areas are not guaranteed to have a Klombo nearby, there is a chance every match that you will find one in these types of open areas. You may also find Klomberry plants from which you can harvest Klomberries. You can feed Klomberries to Klombos in exchange for items. Additionally, you can eat Klomberries to regain some of your health.

Fortnite 19.10 Update Patch Notes – The Return of Tilted Towers

Klombos will not attack you unless it is attacked first. This means that if you or another player shoot it or hit it with your pickaxe, it will become aggressive. The Klombo will turn red and start attacking you until you feed it Klomberries to calm it down. You can also climb on top of a calm Klombo’s back. You will find a blowhole that you can stand over to get launched into the air.

Fortnite is available on PC, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Android, and iOS platforms.
