One of the good things about Fortnite is every week Epic Games adds new challenges, encouraging players to try new things and mechanisms of the game, along with other usual challenges. In Week 3 of Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 7, players have the Epic Quest of catching five fishes. To catch fish in the game, you need to find the fishing holes first. Here is the guide on where to find the fishing holes and complete the related quest in Fortnite.

Where to Find Fishing Holes in Fortnite

As part of the Week 3 challenges, you have to take a break from fighting others and catch some fish. Completing this quest will reward players with 30,000 XP. There are many places in Fortnite to catch fish, so here are the best fishing spots in the game.

The good thing is almost every river and lake in the game can be used as a fishing spot, but the problem is you might find it difficult to catch a fish without other players interrupting it. Not to mention you can’t find fishing rods laying on the ground either.

The best places to find the fishing rod are the Believer Beach, the west side of Lazy Lake, and the lake on the north side of Retail Row. Find some barrels and break them to get the fishing rod. These are also fine places to catch some fish as well, especially the lake located on the north of Retail Row.

After getting the fishing rod, look around to find a fishing spot. Press the shoulder button or left-click on the mouse to start fishing. You have to catch five fish to complete the challenge, which shouldn’t take more than 3 minutes.

Fortnite is available for PC via Epic Store, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
