Fans of the battle royale still eagerly await any chance to come into contact with Star Wars’ far-off galaxy. Even though there have been several major Star Wars-related Fortnite events in the past, players are still excited. That holds true, specifically when the prospect entails a battle with Darth Vader and the potential to take his lightsaber. The 21.10 update to Fortnite allows you to engage in combat with Darth Vader alongside any other challengers who are bold enough to do so. Although there have been fights against NPC bosses in earlier events, the one with Vader stands out in particular. Not only is defeating this boss unexpectedly tricky, but understanding how to battle him in the first place is probably just as challenging. That will not be the problem, though, since you will first need to know Darth Vader’s location in Fortnite 21.10.
Darth Vader Location in Fortnite
Unfortunately, Darth Vader spawns on the Fortnite map at random locations. His spawn pattern may one day be tracked, although such information doesn’t appear to be accessible just yet.
The good news is that finding Darth Vader doesn’t just depend on chance. Players may see Vader’s spacecraft circling the map while on the Battle Bus. They will be able to drop at that ship’s landing area and find Vader if they can visually follow the spacecraft until it lands. A blue beam on the map also shows the location of the ship’s ultimate landing.

Although you have the option to land straight on the ship, you should be aware that doing so will not benefit you more. Vader, after all, is an expectedly formidable NPC. He is even accompanied by Stormtroopers, who will shoot at players if they see them. Indeed, they do not seem to have the same lousy aim as in the movies. Before you fight them, you will want to locate a decent weapon.
