Like previous chapters, Fortnite Chapter 3: Season 2 introduces a host of new missions to keep players busy and entertained. If you want to finish the Rebuilding Quests in Fortnite, you must establish a device uplink in various areas.
Establish a Device Uplink for Rebuilding Quests in Fortnite
Completing the Rebuilding Quests in Fortnite is a necessary step if you want to unlock the Resistance Weekly Quests. One request comes up a lot: establish device uplink. Separated into three Stages, you must complete the first set of quests prior to moving onto the next set. And there’s a task to establish a device uplink within each Stage.
So, what does this look like, and how do you establish it?
In all honesty, a device uplink is hard to miss. It is a circular, blue disk-like item on the ground projecting an image. Once you walk over it, you establish it. Quick and painless, and you can move on with your game.
Rebuilding Quest Device Uplink Locations in Fortnite
From the first Stage in the Fortnite questline, you must establish a device uplink in one of the three locations: Coney Crossroads, Condo Canyon, and Command Cavern.
These areas are marked on the map below:
When the next Stage unlocks, you need to head to either Sanctuary, Seven Outpost II, or Synapse Station. Again, you only need to establish a single device uplink in the Fortnite quest. We highlighted the areas on the map:
On the final Stage, go to one of the following areas: Camp Cuddle, The Daily Bugle, or Chonker’s Speedway. Like before, these areas are highlighted on the map:
