Where to Search a Dumpster to Find Scientist’s Research Notes in Fortnite
Before the finale and conclusion of each season of Fortnite, players can participate in the final series of quests that will help them better understand the season’s ending. Jonesy and Amie believe the Scientist’s Research Notes can help them understand what will happen to this island.
For some reason, these research notes ended up in a dumpster. Although there are dumpsters all over the map, there are just certain places that have an open dumpster where you can search for the notes.
There is a total of 6 locations that you can check out to search dumpsters in order to find Scientist’s Research Notes. The first one is behind the gated building within Chrome Crossroads. The next one is located at the center of Cloudy Condos.
You can also find a dumpster behind the Nom’s grocery store on the west side of Shiny Sound. There is one on the side of the garages at Chonker’s Speedway and also at the center of Tainted Towers.
The last one is located near the Mexican restaurant on the north side of Greasy Grove. Once you’ve reached any of these places and found the dumpster, simply press the interact button on your keyboard or control to start searching and finally get the Scientist’s Research Notes.

Completing this quest will award you 32,000 XP, which can help you level up. If you want to continue the Paradise quest after this, you have to enter another match for Jonesy. There are also other quests that won’t be available once the season ends, so it is best to complete the mand to get the extra XP.
