Our Fortnite’s 2nd Birthday Guide walks you through information on all of the skins, rewards, challenges, and when this event will begin! If you missed out last year, Fortnite put together a small event where players could earn some sweet cosmetics by completing some relatively easy challenges!
Fortnite’s 2nd Birthday Start Date
The Birthday Challeneges for year two were released on July 25th, 2019! You’ll have until July 31st, 2019 to complete them.

- Play Matches (10) Reward: Frosted Wrap Dance in front of different Birthday Cakes (10) Reward: B-Day Beats Music Outlast Opponents (500) Reward: This Many Spray Gain health or shield from Birthday Cake (50) Reward: Birthday Cupcake Emoticon Completed ANY 4 CHALLENGES to earn the reward item Reward: Birthday Slice Pickaxe

Pretty simple, just jump into a bunch of games to complete.

Dance in front of different Birthday Cakes (10)
Here’s a list of the 10 Birthday Cakes you’ll need to dance around. There should be cake to eat there as well, so make sure to do that to complete that other challenge!
Outlast Opponents (500)
Don’t get eliminated! The easiest way to complete this one is to just go glide out to some far point on the map and hide, but you can also just play out those 10 matches from the previous challenge and likely finish this one.
Gain health or shield from Birthday Cake (50)
There are pieces of cake surrounding the big Birthday Cakes you need to dance around. Eat the cake, and you’ll gain either health or shield!
