Everyone in the gaming world knows that Fortnite: Battle Royale is a hugely successful game, and it has seen its success translate to mobile thanks to the game’s release on iOS last month.

But it may shock you just how successful the game truly has been on mobile. When the game became available to all iOS users on April 2, it made $1.8 million total, versus $620,000 across all days when it was still invite-only, according to a report by tracking firm Sensor Tower.

Total worldwide mobile revenue for Fortnite has surpassed $15 million, with $10.5 million paid to Epic Games in just 20 days since the game began earning money on March 15. It has now been installed over 11 million times.

The amount of daily revenue is strong, too. Last week, Fortnite Mobile made more than $6.4 million in seven days. That’s more than mobile mainstays like Candy Crush Saga and Pokémon Go, which made $5.8 million and $2.7 million, respectively.

“Pokémon Go is still regarded as the most successful mobile game launch ever in terms of revenue earned during its first few months, but Fortnite is certainly among the most impressive we’ve seen,” the report said.

Sensor Tower says the next big event on the horizon is whenever Fortnite hits the Google Play Store and Android devices. It predicts that the game will gross more than $3 million a day once more players will be able to get their hands on the title.
