How to Get the Icy Grappler in Fortnite
To get the Icy Grappler, you must visit Fabio Sparklemane at the Apres Ski landmark. Apres Ski is located southwest of Misty Meadows, right at the bottom of the map. You will find Fabio standing on a dance floor in the nearby building. Upon speaking to Fabio, the unicorn NPC will give you a quest and a series of objectives for you to complete. Alongside this, you will find the option to purchase the exotic Icy Grappler in exchange for 400 gold bars. If you do not have enough gold bars to buy the grappler, you can complete bounties. You can find bounty boards around the map.
The Icy Grappler works the same as the normal grappler. However, the new icy version spawns ice blocks on your feet that you can use to slide around the map and catch other players off guard. The grappler also has infinite uses, so you can use all of its features as much as you would like.
