This challenge will take place on an island that becomes accessible to all players starting December 13, 2022. To enter this custom-made map, fans can enter the island code “7990-6907-8565,” or they can find the island on the Discover screen via the main menu. While the island is open to the public from December 13, the challenge event will begin officially on December 17, from 12 p.m. ET to 3 p.m. ET.
Unlocking the Beast Brella Umbrella in Fortnite
To unlock the Beast Brella Umbrella in Fortnite Chapter 4: Season 1, fans will need to place in the top 100,000 players with the highest Score during MrBeast’s Extreme Survival Challenge. As mentioned above, this event will take place only on December 17 during its designated time. Those who do not participate will not be able to earn the umbrella.

According to an official blog post by Epic Games, one of the primary reasons the MrBeast’s Extreme Survival Challenge island is becoming available before the actual date of the event is to allow players to practice and prepare for the day of the challenge. December 13 is also the day that MrBeast’s Extreme Survival Quests go live in Fortnite‘s Battle Royale mode, through which players can earn exclusive cosmetics for completing various challenges. As for when players can play as Mr. Beast, this influencer’s Outfits will become available for purchase with V-Bucks in the cash shop starting December 14.
