Xbox

  • Go to the Microsoft web page and sign in to your account.
  • Next, select Services & Subscriptions located at the top of the page.

Epic Games/PC

  • Go to the Epic Games web page or app and sign in to your account.
  • Then select Subscriptions on the left side of the screen.
  • After that, select Cog in the upper right corner of Fortnite Crew and click Cancel Subscription.
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the process of canceling your subscription renewal.
