Week 13 of Season 5 is now active in Fornite, bringing a new set of challenges to the game. One of the tasks in the set is “bathing in the Purple Pool at Steamy Stack,” which might sound easy to achieve but can be tricky if you are unaware of the pool’s location. There are two pools at the same location, and only the incorrect one is visible from the outside, which can cause a lot of confusion. Here is a guide that will help you in finding Purple Pool location in Fortnite.

The Purple Pool’s Location in Fortnite

Move towards Steamy Stacks on the map. Alternatively, you can also jump there but be wary of the lurking enemies as it is a prime location for camping. After reaching the location, you’ll see a purple liquid beneath the titular stacks. At first glance, this may seem like the correct pool, however, you’ll be immediately launched into the sky if you try to swim here. To reach the correct pool, head towards the western side of the location, where you’ll come across a giant building with a sign “Kevolution Energy.” Enter the building, and on the ground floor, you’ll be able to access the Purple Pool. Take a dip in the pool, and the task completion notification should pop up shortly after it. The challenge can be completed in a short span, and there is a 20,000 XP reward for doing so.

Apart from the week 15 challenges that are already live, fans are also expecting to see a Xenomorph boss fight in the game soon. The “Ripley and Xenomorph” bundle is currently available in the shop for 2600 V-bucks, and this could be an indication that the pesky alien will also be available as boss fight soon. However, Epic Games is yet to confirm it, and we will have to wait until more details roll out.
