While it’s been leaked here and there it looks like the Fortnite Galaxy Cup has been officially announced. If you’re an Android device owner, you can play in the tournament on July 25th and 26th to win an Outfit and Wrap before anyone else! It looks like both the Galaxy Scout and wrap that goes with it will be available in the Item Shop at a later date!

If you want to check out the official rules, head to this site here. Here’s how you can participate in the event:

You will need to perform well enough to earn the Galaxy Scout outfit for free, but if you participate in at least five games you will get the wrap!

As mentioned, you will get a chance to obtain this skin in the future, even if you don’t participate in the tournament:

  • Europe: Top 10,000 NA-East: Top 7,500 NA-West: Top 2,500 Latin Amenca: Top 2,500 Asia: Top 1,250 Middle East Top: 1,250 Oceania: Top 1,250

Prizes

Depending on where you are located, your required placement in the tournament will vary. It sounds like if you play in at least five games you will earn yourself the wrap. Due to the fact that this is restricted to only Samsung Galaxy devices, you might actually have a pretty good shot of reaching into a high enough rank even if you aren’t very good or have never played competitive!
