The location you’re looking for is directly east of Paradise Palms and once there you’re going to want to look in the big house on the coast. Head downstairs in the assassin’s hideout and you’ll find a filing cabinet down there. All you need to do is interact with the filing cabinet to collect Fortbyte #74. Once you’ve collected the item you can then head back into the Challenges > Fortbytes tab to see which piece of the puzzle has been revealed.
