Fortnite has long since remained the leader in battle royale gameplay. With the intuitive design and easy control, the appeal of third-person action is undeniable. Yet, many have wondered what the core mechanics would look like if the game changed. Epic Games has known about this, so they’ve gone above and beyond to change and implement new things to the title constantly. This is also more than likely the reason why a creative sandbox mode was added to Fortnite as well. Yet, fans have been asking about specific changes to the gameplay, such as faster circles and no building. Now, the feature has finally made its way to Fortnite’s limited-time mode. While the mode is fun and what fans have been asking for, many wonder why it should be removed. In fact, a datamine suggests that Fortnite will feature a no-building mode full time after the limited-time event.
Seems like Epic IS planning to keep a No-Building modes, here are some signs/proofs ?

Why Would Fortnite Add A No-Building Mode Permanently?
While the mode itself is enjoyable and exciting, fans have been waiting for a model like this for years. Even back before the official launch, fans have always been curious about what Fortnite’s gunplay could look like without building. While the core mechanic is what makes the title unique, it can also spur conversation about skill gaps. The building can be fun, but it’s not exactly a competitive skill. Building a single high tower for cover is useful but not always a safe guarantee. While the playlist has yet to be added, the leaks lead many to believe it will become permanent after the event. Drawing hype from all Fortnite players, past and present, adding a no-building mode full time is certainly a great way to constantly bring in more users.
